Our Policy

Due to the custom, print-on-demand nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • ❌ Change of mind
  • ❌ Incorrect size or color selection
  • ❌ Wrong shipping address entered
  • ❌ Design preference ("I don't like it")
  • ❌ Minor print placement variations (less than 0.5" off for DTG prints)

⚠️ Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase, including size, color, design details, and shipping address.


Quality Guarantee - We Will Replace

We stand behind the quality of our products! We provide FREE replacements if your item arrives:

Damaged during shipping - Package or product damage from carrier
Printing defects - Poor print quality, misprints, or design errors (more than 0.5" off)
Wrong item received - Different product, size, or color than what you ordered
Manufacturing defects - Defective materials, stitching, or construction


How to Request a Replacement

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  1. Contact us within 30 days of delivery
  2. Email: support@arabicthemeapparel.com
  3. Include:
    • Your order number
    • Clear photos or video showing the damage or defect
    • Brief description of the issue

We'll review your request and send a FREE replacement if approved - no need to return the defective item!


Photo/Video Requirements

To help us process your claim quickly, please follow these tips:

  • 📸 Clear photos: Place item on a flat surface with good lighting
  • 📏 Use a measuring tool: If print placement is off, include a ruler in the photo
  • 🎥 Video option: You can upload 1 video instead of photos
  • 📁 Upload limit: Up to 5 photos OR 1 video
  • 🔍 Show the issue clearly: Make sure the defect is visible and in focus

💡 For multiple items with the same issue: Show all affected items together in ONE photo or video frame.


Important Details

Claim Window: Claims must be made within 30 days of delivery
📸 Photos/Video Required: Clear photos or video needed to process your claim
🔄 Replacements Only: We offer free replacements, not monetary refunds (except in extreme cases)
📦 Keep the Item: You keep the defective item - no return shipping needed!
🆓 Completely FREE: Replacement and shipping are covered by us at no cost to you
🚫 No Returns for Customer Error: We cannot accept returns for wrong size/color ordered or wrong address entered
📏 Print Tolerance: Minor placement variations less than 0.5" for DTG prints are within normal range and not covered


What We Cannot Cover

To maintain fairness and sustainability, we cannot offer replacements for:

  • ❌ Customer ordered wrong size or color
  • ❌ Customer entered wrong shipping address
  • ❌ Customer changed their mind after ordering
  • ❌ Minor print placement variations within 0.5" tolerance (DTG printing)
  • ❌ Color variations due to different screen displays
  • ❌ "Doesn't fit" or "doesn't look like I expected"
  • ❌ General dissatisfaction without manufacturing defect

💡 Tip: Always check our size charts and product descriptions carefully before ordering!


Processing & Delivery Time

Replacement orders:

  • 🖨️ Production: 2-7 business days
  • 📦 Shipping: 2-5 business days (USA), 10-30 business days (International)
  • 📧 Tracking: Provided once shipped

Total delivery time:

  • 🇺🇸 USA: 4-12 business days from approval
  • 🌍 International: 12-37 business days from approval

Refund Policy

We offer replacements only, not monetary refunds.

Refunds are considered only in extreme cases such as:

  • 🚫 Product is discontinued and cannot be reprinted
  • 🚫 Multiple replacement attempts have failed
  • 🚫 Severe shipping delays beyond our control

If a refund is approved, processing time is 3-5 business days, with an additional 5-10 business days for your bank to process the refund.
